Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to transform data into actionable insights that drive product strategy and business growth. The ideal candidate will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze performance, user behavior, and product metrics — enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.Responsibilities:Analyze product performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points.Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports to monitor KPIs and support business decisions.Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams to define and track key product success metrics.Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.Conduct A/B testing and evaluate product changes or new feature launches using statistical methods.Develop and maintain data models, reports, and documentation to ensure consistency and data integrity.Identify areas for product and process optimization using quantitative analysis and user data.Partner with stakeholders to deliver regular performance reports and deep-dive analyses for business reviews.Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices across all product reporting tools.Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing a data-driven culture within the product organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.4+ years of experience in data or product analytics roles, preferably in a tech, fintech, or SaaS environment.Proven hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, data modeling, Power Query).Strong skills in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Experience with data visualization best practices and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.Solid understanding of product metrics (retention, activation, funnel analysis, churn, etc.).Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical analysis.Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).Knowledge of Python or other analytics tools (R, Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in fintech, payments, or digital platforms.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines.Exposure to cloud-based data environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
