Period.Job DescriptionSo, what will your new role look like?As a Senior Product Designer at Workleap, you’ll partner closely with a product manager and tech lead in a tight-knit trio to shape the product vision, influence the roadmap, and define, ship, and iterate high-impact features, fast. This is a strategic and executional role where you’ll be expected to lead with initiative, simplify complexity, and move with urgency.You thrive in ambiguity, make clear decisions with imperfect data, and bring strong customer instincts to every product conversation. You don’t just “use” AI, you design with it. You’ll be joining a fast-moving, remote-first team that values curiosity, ownership, and intentional collaboration.Responsibilities:Own end-to-end design process in a cross-functional team; Translate ambiguous problems into intuitive, valuable user experiences; Design flows, interfaces, and interactions that balance craft and speed; Contribute to design system quality and evolution; Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape strategy; Prototype and test ideas quickly to learn and iterate; Advocate relentlessly for users and drive alignment around their needs; Design with AI as a core material, not just a feature.A typical week? A typical week as a Senior Product Designer blends strategic thinking, hands-on design, and close collaboration with your product trio (PM, Eng, Design). You’ll spend time:Shaping product ideas and collaborating on strategy during weekly trio planning or syncsTranslating customer insights and product opportunities into user flows, wireframes, and prototypesCollaborating with engineers to scope features and ensure design quality through developmentSharing early concepts and in-progress work to gather feedback from peers and stakeholdersReviewing product metrics, feedback, and user behaviors to inform decisions and improve featuresParticipating in design critiques, async feedback threads, or jam sessions with other designersDocumenting decisions and presenting your work clearly, both in meetings and async updatesWe move quickly, so you’ll have a high degree of ownership, balanced by intentional support, thoughtful process, and a collaborative team environment.What does your future team look like? We’re also investing in our design system and scaling our product across more teams and markets.Qualifications5+ years of experience designing SaaS products in cross-functional teams; Strong user instincts, especially in ambiguous problem spaces; Skilled across the design spectrum: strategy, flows, UI, polish; Comfortable balancing speed and craft in a high-velocity environment; Experience designing or working with AI-powered features is a plus; Excellent communicator; Strong attention to detail and execution quality.Who we areWe’re a team of curious minds and bold builders, brought together by a shared drive to make work simpler - and better - for everyone.
