You’ll partner with strategists, product managers, engineers and business leaders and collaborate with Deloitte’s technology and transformation leaders and alliance partners (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP etc) to transform complex systems into simple, effective user experiences. Day to day, you’ll lead UX/UI design across a range of projects, championing human-centred design and leveraging emerging technologies (including AI) to deliver impactful solutions.As an experienced senior designer you’ll take on a leadership role, not only delivering high-quality design work but also providing strategic direction for large digital transformation projects, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to the growth of our design practice.Design LeadershipLead end-to-end design across digital products, from discovery and research to detailed design, user testing and implementation. Champion human-centred design, applying design thinking and CX design principles to solve complex business problems. Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate and refine solutions. Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and documentation for efficient delivery. Communicate and visualise design concepts, user journeys, and solutions to stakeholders. Emerging Tech & PlatformsApply knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, automation, conversational UX) to create innovative experiences. Design for and integrate with our tech alliance partners (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, AWS), collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless user experiences. Stay up to date with design industry trends, tools, and best practices. Collaboration & DeliveryFacilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities. Work in agile, cross-functional teams, partnering with product managers, business analysts, and engineers. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of design capability within the team. Related SkillsSupport product strategy, product operations, and functional leadership as required. Apply business analysis and data synthesis to inform design decisions. QualificationsExperience & Skills5+ years’ experience in product design, UX/UI, innovation, or service design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and delivery across digital products. The ability to understand complex digital end-to-end experiences and create new or improved market leading solutions and experiences for our client. Exposure to emerging tech (AI, automation, conversational UX, Figma Make) and a passion for designing future-ready experiences. Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite), design system development and prototyping. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in agile environments and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Prior consulting or client-facing experience, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships and working in blended collaborative teaming environments will help you hit the ground running, though not essential for applications. Skills in business analysis, product strategy, or product operations and experience working with alliance platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, AWS) or similar enterprise systems is also a plus.
