Senior Product Designer

Senior Level Product Designer(100% Remote)LATAMResponsibilitiesTake ownership of client digital product design projects from project brief to finaldeliverable handoff, with regular check-ins with a Creative Director or Design Manager.Contribute to the full design process including user research, defining user task flowsand UI, creating low and high fidelity wireframes, and iterating based on stakeholder anduser feedback.Define and maintain design systems for client products.Prototype, spec designs, and organizing Figma files in preparation for handoff fordevelopment.Participate in design QA and usability testing.RequirementsDeep experience working self-directed as a contractor. A portfolio demonstrating core competency in UX/UI design, excellent design thinking and adherence to a design process.Experience with Figma including auto layout, components/variants, and prototyping.Experience with design systems.Experience interfacing with, collaborating with, and presenting to a cross-functional team.Excellent fluency in English both verbal, comprehension, and communication.Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and products at once.Not required but nice to haveAn interest and demonstrated ability in visual design and branding is a big plus.Experience mentoring and collaborating with junior designers is a plus.Remote work and agency experience is strongly preferred.Ghost Sherpa?!Hear from our founder about his founder journey and vision for Ghost Sherpa.Since 2020, Ghost Sherpa has been a successful design company that serves US-based marketing agencies and in-house marketing teams with fast, affordable, senior-level graphic design support.
