But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.Let’s build what’s next, together.What Will You DoHelp shape our inhouse enterprise-level products that are used by thousands of users that reach millions of their customersHands-on product design in all stages: from sketching concepts to narrowing down the solution in hi-fi prototypes and then testing it with real usersClosely collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, writers, engineers, and other stakeholders on creating delightful user experiences by employing a broad set of design techniquesParticipate in user interviews, and lead discovery sessions, brainstorms, and design thinking workshopsCreate flows, wireframes, and user journeys that reflect the mental models of our usersAdvocate for research and our design process, proposing improvements when neededEffectively communicate design decisions and key milestone deliverablesMentor more junior colleagues in our teamContribute to our Design System initiative by pushing visual excellence and promoting best practices and design standardsWork closely with engineers by providing support as they build the proposed solutionQualificationsSeveral years of experience designing digital products, not just websitesA highly collaborative person with a pro-active approach to workAble to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectivelyAble to problem frame, prioritize and communicate ideas successfully, and then reframe the problem if needed in order to arrive at a better solutionAble to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholdersVery good understanding of how discovery and evaluative research shapes a productAble to see opportunities where others see problemsProficient in Figma or any other prototyping tool (but willing to switch to Figma)Excellent visual design skills paired with a good understanding of human-computer interaction principlesExperience in Enterprise UX projectsFluent in EnglishDiversity drives connection Infobip is built on diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and talents.
