In this role, you will develop an in-depth understanding of our customer needs and their workflows to provide a delightful and intuitive experience to our users.Your ResponsibilitiesWhile working closely together with other Designers, Product Managers and Engineers, you will focus on improving the customer experience together with your team. Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:Shape the future of our product and enhance the customer experience as a key member of the design team.Understand customer needs and pains by speaking directly with users and by leveraging other data sources to validate design conceptsResearch and benchmarking to ensure the product is fit for purpose and you own the journey from concept to shipping.Contribute to the design system by building new components or adapting existing ones to fit a wider array of use cases.Oversee the implementation of your designs, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that your vision is brought to life in the final product.About YouWe’re looking for a hybrid of product thinker and systems designer. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:A background in financial products, expense management, or B2B SaaS—or the curiosity and rigor to learn deeply.
