Senior Product Designer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about crafting impactful user experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will lead the design of digital products across a variety of platforms and industries, working closely with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to bring world-class experiences to life.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and shape product experiences. Lead client-facing design discussions, workshops, and ideation sessions. Translate research insights into meaningful design solutions that meet both user and business needs. Apply human-centered design and data-driven methods to identify opportunities and gaps. Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma or Sketch. Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams. Participate in and lead design reviews, supporting a consistent and scalable design process. Contribute to building and fostering a strong design culture at Nagarro. QualificationsMust-Have SkillsStrong expertise in Product Design across the full product lifecycle. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methods. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high levels of autonomy and accountability. Nice to HaveExperience with designing for emerging technologies such as AR/VR, connected devices, or digital kiosks. Background in design leadership or mentorship within a team. Familiarity with pre-sales, client engagement, or project leadership.
