Senior Product Designer (Hybrid – Germany)I’m partnered with a leading European tech company valued at €2.9B, hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer.You’ll take ownership of designing high-impact B2B workflows across desktop and mobile within a mature design and engineering ecosystem.Working alongside product, research, engineering and data science, you’ll translate insights into usable, elegant design solutions. You’ll help refine a scalable design system and contribute to features used daily by thousands of business partners across Europe. The team uses an open-source UI component library (atoms→molecules→organisms) and a React / TypeScript front-end layer enabling efficient design-to-code collaboration.Expect to:Design complex, data-heavy dashboards and dealer-facing tools with a focus on clarity and usabilityCreate and iterate components in Figma, following UI design tokens (spacing, breakpoints, typography and colour variables)Collaborate closely with UX researchers to validate hypotheses and refine interactionsUse A/B testing and analytics to measure the impact of your design decisionsDeliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces that scale across devicesIf you’re a designer who thrives on detail, enjoys crafting well-engineered experiences, and wants to design for products used by millions, let’s talk.
