Comfortable working with tokens, components, and documentationAI integration: Experience using AI tools to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and inform design decisionsEnglish fluency: Advanced written and verbal communication skills for daily collaboration with a diverse, international teamDesign ApproachData-driven mindset: Strong understanding of how to use data to inform and defend design decisions.
