Senior Product Director

Job Description:Responsible for global payment product strategy and innovative payment solution designResearch international payment markets, identify industry trends, develop product roadmapsLead cross-border payment, acquiring, virtual card, and e-wallet product linesAnalyze user needs and market opportunities, define product features and business modelsLead product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensure successful product deliveryCollaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance across regionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields6+ years of product payment experience, including 2+ years in cross-border paymentsDeep understanding of global payment ecosystems, including card schemes, payment networks, and settlement systemsFamiliar with major market payment regulations and compliance requirementsStrong business analysis capabilities and strategic thinkingExcellent project management and cross-cultural communication skillsFamiliar with API product design, technical background preferred
