You will be joining an all-star PM team focused on developing SaaS products for our largest customer base, Lenders & Owners, and more specifically, how construction projects are financed and how capital is deployed into those projects. Built’s is the market leader for products in this space and we need someone to meaningfully expand and grow these product lines.Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be responsible for identifying product expansion opportunities as well as investing in how we evolve our products from where they are today to where they are going with agentic workflows. You will partner heavily with product managers owning discrete customer experiences to ensure that the way users collaborate on projects and deals in our ecosystem is streamlined and effective ultimately resulting in exponential growth over time. You'll be paired with a world class engineering and product design team as you deliver on a roadmap. Finally, you will partner with our Go-To-Market teams to bring your products to life, ensuring customers adopt them and love them.In This Role, You WillWork tirelessly to listen to and understand our customers – their challenges, problems and pain points – and invent solutions which they may not yet be able to envision for themselvesOwn the roadmap for construction lending products and prioritize based on feedback from customers, internal brainstorms and competitor analysis.Own the evolution of these products from where they are today to being fully agentic and AI native.Partner with GTM teams to identify strategic opportunities where we can offer free or paid experiences with different stakeholdersManage execution from your engineering teams, providing high quality PRDs, grooming backlogs and planning sprints.Present your plans to leadership.
