You'll be responsible for ensuring your product areas meet regulatory and market needs while delivering measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to shape our products and influence company-wide priorities. You’re expected to actively leverage AI, not as an optional extra, but as a core product and decision-making enabler across the lifecycle.🛠️ What You’ll Do Strategy & PlanningOwn the vision and roadmap for a complex product line or multiple features Evaluate opportunities and risks with a data-driven mindset Define product success metrics and make strategic prioritization decisions Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies Align roadmap and business case development with overarching company goals Integrate AI insights and tools into strategic planning, roadmapping, and opportunity evaluation Execution & DeliveryTranslate fiscal and market requirements into product specs Manage and refine the backlog at the Value Increment level Ensure compliance with local regulations and certification standards Coordinate and track product launches across teams Report development progress and outcomes to leadershipmarket conditions.
