This is a leadership role, combining hands-on product ownership with team management, to scale our institutional offering and build long-term collaborations with financial partners, brokers, and enterprise clients.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full product lifecycle for OTC and RFQ servicess, from concept to launch to optimization. Ensure best execution, liquidity, and settlement experiencefor institutional users. Oversee onboarding and service flows for KYB and institutional clients in line with compliance requirements.Client & Market Strategy: Act as the product lead for instituticonal and enterprise users, identifying needs and building scalable solutions.Partner with Business Development, Compliance, Treaasury, and Operations to strengthen institutional collaborations.Cross-Functional Execution: Translate business and client requireements into actionable product roadmaps and specifications.
