Product ManagerEV Charging TechnologyQuebec, Canada$150k-$170k CAD + BonusAbout the jobBrightsmith are working with a global leader in electric mobility and energy solutions who are dedicated to advancing intelligent charging technologies across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific supporting thousands of charging and fleet facilities.They are seeking a Product Manager who will work as part of a Global Product team to help shape solutions that meet market demands while aligning with the company long-term vision and strategy. In the position, the candidate will serve as a Product Owner for a full-stack development team building an innovative EV Fleet Charging platform with an emphasis on supporting public transit operators. Responsibilities:Partner with engineers, designers, and technical leads to define, prioritize, and deliver new features for our backend systems, dashboard tools, and controller softwareTranslate customer insights into product requirements through direct engagement with users, partners, and internal stakeholdersOwn the regional product roadmap, managing priorities, user stories, and the product backlog (Jira)Represent the North American perspective in global product discussions to ensure alignment and shared directionFacilitate and contribute to Agile ceremonies—stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesSupport marketing and sales teams in articulating product value and competitive advantagesContinuously monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform future strategy and identify opportunities for differentiationQualifications:3+ years as a Product Manager working across e-Mobility, energy or adjacent sectorsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experiencePrevious experience as a Product Manager working with software development teams through discovery and delivery cyclesDemonstrated ability to understand technical systems and translate complex concepts into actionable requirementsA solid understanding of business and product strategy, ideally gained in a startup or fast-paced environmentIndependent, organized, and proactive working styleWhy Apply:Full Healthcare benefits and other competitive perksGrowth opportunities and exposure to international partners and senior leadershipFlexibility working arrangementsSemi-annual company retreats and annual team offsitesA collaborative, mission driven culture with a focus on continuous learningIf you're interested in applying, please click the 'easy apply' button.
