Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the mobile and web ordering solution team. We are a team of high performing problem solvers with the same vision: to drive the digital future in hospitality. As digital experts we are focused on building a diverse set of products and solutions for our consumers. Our products include customer mobile apps, operator configuration tools, third party integrations and order fulfillment technology. We also invest in emerging technology like AI, IoT and frictionless retail. Here we work with the “art of the possible” ideas, where we explore and develop the future of hospitality and technology. Responsibilities:Own the vision, strategy, planning, execution and launch of the ordering solution product areas.Advocate for our users -- working across our sectors and stakeholders to deeply understand the business questions they’re trying to answer.Work collaboratively with data science, design, engineering (BE, FE and data), user research, human insights, marketing and business partners to deliver impact.Serve as the product leader for the product area: roadmapping, prioritizing feature backlog, tracking and reporting KPIs and business metrics.Communicate new product releases to internal and external stakeholders.
