Cylinder’s vision is to create a world where people receive convenient, personalized, and affordable access to the quality digestive healthcare they need to improve their overall health.Position SummaryWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to help us deliver experiences that enable us to improve the lives of people living with digestive health issues. Your work will directly contribute to growth and expansion of the business, focusing on outcomes related to member enrollment, activation and revenue and driving new payment models. In this role, you will have an opportunity to deeply understand our customers (employers & payers) and our users (members in the Cylinder program). You will drive new launches and expansions to employer and payer populations and manage delivery of enhancements to streamline the customer lifecycle from eligibility through to billing and reporting. You will play a key role in planning, defining, and building growth initiatives for our users to drive optimization of registration and onboarding experiences to increase user activation, engagement and revenue.Working closely with our Client Success and Implementations teams, you'll flesh out technical requirements to help us launch to new populations and identify opportunities for platform investments to help us scale and launch clients more efficiently. You will drive improvements to accelerate the journey for members, from registration through to their first weeks in the program evolving the experience to feel more personal and relevant. The decisions you make and product experiences you build will have a direct impact on our members’ experience and Cylinder’s topline revenue goals.Responsibilities include:Lead the strategy and execution for one or more squads keeping the team aligned on priorities, trade-off decisions, and go-forward strategyPartner with design to develop a deep understanding of our members’ unmet needs and desires through user research and quantitative analysis to make data informed decisions on product directionWork closely with Client Success and Implementations to launch new clients and to work closely with Member Marketing to improve the experience for our membersProactively partner with Commercial stakeholders to deeply understand and define the problems worth solving to reach our KPIsYou'll be a good fit here if you are:A team player. We interact with each other via video chat, Slack and emailDesired Qualifications:5+ years of product experience working for a product-driven company, bonus if you’ve worked on launching customers or clients in digital health or a B2B2C companyStrong analytical skills and data driven, ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraintsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partnersHighly organized and can work autonomously in an early company environmentEager to roll up their sleeves on tactical work while tracking the bigger picturePassionate about the company’s mission and eager to learn about digestive healthCylinder is an equal opportunity employer.
