About Us:Deemples is the largest golf platform in Southeast Asia, trusted by thousands of golfers to connect, play together, and book tee times, golf packages, and more.For years, Deemples has focused on building a strong B2C ecosystem, connecting golfers and making the game more accessible anytime, anywhere.As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our focus to strengthen our B2B side, empowering golf courses, travel agents, and partners with tools to manage tee times, packages, payments, and performance.We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us shape and scale this next chapter.Role Overview:As a Senior Product Manager at Deemples, you’ll translate business requirements into product strategy, lead execution, and ensure our products deliver real impact to both golfers (B2C) and partners (B2B).You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, and marketing teams to define priorities, guide execution, and drive measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who understands both user needs and business goals, and can turn vision into tangible product results.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the product roadmap with clear priorities and measurable goals.Translate business requirements into actionable product specs and user stories.Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features on time.Work closely with leadership to define short- and long-term product strategy.Gather and interpret insights from users, golf courses, and internal teams to refine product direction.Define and monitor key metrics to evaluate product performance and adoption.Drive B2B growth by developing tools and workflows that help partners operate more efficiently.Present ideas and solutions to internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate.Qualifications:Experience:4–6+ years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally within SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based businesses.Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.Experience in B2B environments or managing integrations is a plus.Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Able to think creatively and add value beyond execution — not just deliver tasks, but challenge assumptions and propose better ways forward.Experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.Comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion, and Figma.Passionate about product experiences that deliver measurable impact.Bonus: experience in golf, travel, or similar lifestyle platforms where community and commerce meet.Who You Are:Strategic and detail-oriented — you see the big picture but can also get things done.A natural communicator who bridges business, design, and engineering.Proactive, independent, and accountable — you take ownership of outcomes.Comfortable engaging with golf courses, partners, and users to turn feedback into actionable improvements.Curious and creative — you think outside the box and enjoy building solutions that genuinely help people.How to Apply:Send your CV and a short note to daleen@deemples.com telling us:Why you’re excited about joining DeemplesA product you’re proud of and what you learned from itWe can’t wait to hear from you and see how you’ll help shape the future of golf with us.
