If you meet the minimum qualifications below, please apply and we will reach out if we think you could be a good fit.Responsibilities may include:Collaborating with team members on projects and tasks.Maintaining strict confidentiality.Close collaboration with client and internal cross-functional teams.Running various forms of research, such as user interviews, contextual inquiry, usability tests, competitive analyses, usability audits, and surveys.Gathering business requirements and strategically planning future work.Synthesizing research findings to produce easy-to-consume research deliverables, such as reports and visuals.Architecting user flows, service blueprints, user journeys, and site maps.Managing product roadmap, backlog, and estimates.Communicating clear expectations to designers and developers.Conducting Agile team ceremonies.Other miscellaneous product management-related tasks, as needed.Qualifications5+ years of relevant work experience.Experience owning a product and managing multiple stakeholders to deliver new functionality.Results-oriented approach, measuring and managing to KPIs.Working understanding of key design and development concepts.Basic understanding of UX workflows, data flows, and APIs.Experience leveraging remote ideation and collaboration tools, such as Miro, FigJam, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Zoom, and Asana.An inherent drive to help others.Skill in delivering human-centered design solutions.High attention to detail.Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of projects.Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate and influence effectively and respectfully in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.Eighteen years of age or older.Legally permitted to work in your country of residence.Advanced in understanding and producing spoken and written English within a workplace context (C1 or higher).High school diploma or equivalent.Nice to HavesA college-level degree or professional certificate in design or a design-related field.Experience working within an agency or consulting setting, especially in digital transformation.Experience working with ERP and/or CRM implementation and migration projects.Experience in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise.
