Market Research and AnalysisProduct Manager conduct extensive market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. They analyze customer feedback, gather insights from data analytics, and stay informed about industry developments to make informed decisions about product enhancements.4. Requirements Gathering and SpecificationHe works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product specifications. This involves translating customer needs and business objectives into actionable plans for development teams.5. They use this data to iterate on the product, making continuous improvements to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives.RequirementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS or Tech.Proven track record in launching and scaling digital products.Strong storytelling skills and experience with messaging frameworks (e.g., Jobs-To-Be-Done, Value Proposition Canvas).Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).Excellent communication in English and Arabic (written & verbal).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Soft SkillsStrategic thinker with high attention to detail.Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.Passionate about solving customer problems.
