This pivotal role demands a seasoned product leader with deep technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science, coupled with a strategic mindset to align product innovation with business objectives.Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for AI and data products aligned with company goals and market trends.Define clear product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact.Product Development Leadership:Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Drive technical requirements definition, feasibility assessments, and solution architecture to meet product objectives.Market and Customer Insights:Conduct thorough market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.Stay abreast of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to drive continuous product innovation.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work collaboratively with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure successful product launches.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.Performance Measurement and Optimization:Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and drive data-driven decisions.Regularly report on product performance, milestones, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.Provide technical guidance and thought leadership on AI and data product capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.Advocate for innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to maintain our leadership position in the market.Customer Engagement and Stakeholder Management:Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our AI and data product offerings.QualificationsSkills and attributes for successBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
