Senior Product Manager

The SAP-Emarsys Marketing Platform enables clients to implement truly personal marketing on a massive scale, enabling them to reach more than 1 billion people around the world. We are looking for a Product Manager to work at the heart of the Data RnD with one of our largest and most impactful teams within the Data & Intelligence Cloud. This team called DOTality provides the foundations that enable other RnD teams to successfully build advanced, scalable, and innovative services to meet client demands. DOTality’s responsibility stretches from infrastructure such as onboarding, accessibility, and external consumption to owning fundamental data products like Contact Data and Sales Data. The team also owns customer-facing products relating to data including Onboarding, Data & Activity Summary, Contact Profile, Open Data, and Contact APIs. As their PM you would mainly be there to liaise with internal customers on deeply complex topics that are critical to their ability to meet customer needs as they help innovate, but also work with clients on any of the customer-facing topics you own. You would be joining at a pivotal moment as DOTality is in the process of finalizing a fundamental transformation into a new cloud-based and future proof solution that will unlock the next-generation functionality across services, channels, integrations, and AI.
