About the Company Our client is a leading global PSP undergoing strategic product expansion. They are scaling multiple product teams across card payments, in-person payments, and payment methods, building solutions that help global merchants accept, optimise, and grow their payments with reliability and scale. Role Overview They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for a key area within their acquiring and payments ecosystem. As the business expands across several product verticals depending on the candidate’s expertise. This is a high-impact position where you will work across engineering, partnerships, and merchant teams to launch scalable, globally relevant payment capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product strategy for a core component of the acquiring/payment platform, delivering scalable and merchant-centric solutions. Identify and execute on opportunities to improve transaction flows, optimise merchant performance, and grow payment volume. Collaborate closely with engineers to shape requirements, prioritise initiatives, and lead development from discovery through launch. Act as a primary connection between merchants and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery, alignment, and rapid iteration. Build relationships with networks and key industry partners, influencing product direction and bringing innovative solutions to market. Ideal Candidate 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within payments, fintech, or related technical domains. Strong understanding of acquiring or payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and experience launching technically complex payment products. Strategic thinker able to link technical detail to broader business outcomes across global markets. Highly technical - comfortable with APIs, system architecture discussions, and partnering closely with engineering teams. Merchant-focused mindset with a passion for building products that create value, improve performance, and scale globally.
