Théa Pharma Türkiye, founded in 2011, is looking for a Senior Product Manager.About the RoleReporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing the assigned ophthalmology product/s by:ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing the annual marketing plan.Allocating and managing the marketing budget.Monitoring the performance of assigned products, as well as the competitive market.Proposing supportive or corrective actions.Marketing campaign/symposium/seminar organization management.ROI follow-up.Managing/Developing relationships with existing and prospective Key Opinion Leaders.Working in close collaboration with the Sales Team and the Medical Department.QualificationsBachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Science, BA or engineering.Minimum 4-6 years of experience as Product Manager in the pharmaceutical / FMCG industry.At least some degree of digital marketing know-how/experience.Fluent in English, both written and verbal. French is a plus.Class B driver's license and flexibility to routinely travel.Required SkillsPrevious sales experience is an asset.Previous experience of product launch in Pharma, OTC or FMCG Sectors.MBA is a must.
