Senior Product Manager

Job DescriptionFormulate measurable goals of a digital product and further distill them into user requirementsManage the needs of internal stakeholders by facilitating problem-solving sessions to resolve any conflictsCreate development roadmap of a digital product in collaboration with Squad Leader, Technical Lead, and Scrum Master that is aligned with business objectives and technical & other constraintsConduct impact analysis for all product features requested based on user requirements independentIn collaboration with the Squad Leader to translate the product vision into measurable product goals, and to manage and prioritize the product backlogIn collaboration with the Squad Leader and the Technical Lead to define the product roadmap and timeline that satisfy the business needs and the technical constraintsIn collaboration with stakeholders, capture the complete user requirements (e.g., process & data flows) and validate them before implementation startsMinimum QualificationsMin. Bachelor Degree from any major.Solid 7-8 years direct experience in product ownership or product management in the development of software products in multi-finance and/or telesales scope.Ability to think strategically with strong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to breakdown complex problems into quantifiable actionable itemsExperienced in defining product features and epics, writing user stories, and managing product backlogExperienced with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Miro, etc.Prior experience working with Agile SCRUM methodBasic understanding of SQL queries is a plusCertification in product ownership or product management is a plusWilling to work hybrid in BSD areaAble to join immediately will be a plus
