This role is an exciting opportunity to build customer and user experiences that deliver value and make the company grow.📍 We’re primarily looking for someone based in Copenhagen or Berlin, but we’re also open to candidates working remotely from anywhere in Europe or from one of our other Scrive offices. You’ll report to the VP of Product, based in Copenhagen.As a Senior Product Manager, you will:Identify, frame, and prioritize customer and user problems through data, interviews, and behavioral insightsWork in a trio with a designer and engineer to explore, test, and validate solutions you will buildRun product discovery and guide product delivery. Coordinate cross-functional launches to ensure adoption.Define and track leading and lagging indicators to understand impact, learn from results, and continuously improvePartner with commercial, marketing, and customer teams to align product direction with business goals.Focus on outcomes that drive customer success, product adoption, and long-term business growthWhat we’re looking forTo succeed in this role, you should have:3+ years in product managementProven track record in SaaS or Service DesignCustomer-centric mindsetProblem-solving, innovation and collaboration skillsEU residency, or valid EU working permit 🏡Fluency in English🌟 Bonus points if you have:Experience with contract management, electronic signatures, or automation toolsFamiliarity with legal standardsDesign sprint experienceIn this role we see that you are intellectually curious, creative, persistent, and enthusiastic.
