Our Company: Social Pinpoint is a market-leading digital community engagement platform that operates in an exciting and rapidly growing sector.We provide government clients and consultants throughout Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe with the online tools they need to help their communities (people like you) have their say on projects that impact them.We're seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the Social Pinpoint platform in Vancouver for Social Pinpoint. To be considered for this role, you must be Vancouver-based and eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis.The Role:The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the product throughout product lifecycle, driving product vision, strategy, and execution, while ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. The Senior Product Manager will act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver high-value products that drive business impact.What You’ll Be Doing:Engaging with clients, prospects, and internal teams to identify opportunities for community engagement within the North American market.Working closely with our Seattle-based Chief Product Officer to define the product roadmap, aligned with our global vision for our suite of products.Defining, prioritizing, and driving the development of features -- shipping product! You will oversee the product development process for key areas of the platform, from initial concept through to delivery. You’ll work with our global team of designers, engineers, and product managers.Supporting go-to-market activities, collaborating with global marketing, sales, and customer success teams.Communicating clearly with stakeholders and influencing decisions at all levels of the organization.About You:Confident in decision-making. Able to tailor messages to match the audience.Expert prioritizer. Uses data and frameworks to simplify complex situations.
