We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (Validator Operations & Staking) in EMEA.We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the development and scaling of validator operations and staking infrastructure across hundreds of blockchain protocols. In this role, you'll define product strategy, collaborate closely with engineering and validator operators, and build solutions that ensure reliability, security, and efficiency at scale. You will work within a distributed and innovative environment, leading high-impact initiatives in one of the most technically demanding areas of Web3 infrastructure.
