You will be able to develop both professionally and as an individual, carving a career path that engages and excites you.What We’re Looking ForOur Senior Product Manager, Platform and Optimization will own two key areas within Product, supporting our suite of released features and the successful optimization of them through our in-house experimentation and A/B testing capabilities.Reporting directly to our CPO, you'll be first-line support to our business teams for our 150+ production features and will ensure we maintain operational excellence while fully optimizing and tuning our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Product ExcellenceBecome an expert on both the client-facing and internal-facing sides of our Prosper platform for our growing set of product features and data products.Own the triage function for all business-facing production features, serving as first-line support for business teams and the product point-of-contact for Engineering.Manage and prioritize the product backlog for active issues and select feature improvements.Research and author product tickets and related product artifacts (eg: PRDs) for areas under your ownership.Partner with our CPO and feature-focused product managers to ensure alignment across maintenance and innovation efforts.Data-Driven Optimization EnablementLead adoption and enablement of our evolving experimentation and A/B testing platform, ensuring business teams have the knowledge, skills, and support to utilize it fully and effectively.Partner with business teams to design, launch, and analyze robust experiments and optimization strategies that drive measurable impact, maximizing uplift and performance potential.Translate experiment results into platform improvements and feature enhancements.Knowledge ManagementDocument and maintain comprehensive knowledge of platform business logic for released features across the full Venatus product portfolio.Create feature demos and contribute to ongoing product education for business-facing teams.Build and maintain the institutional knowledge base that ensures platform expertise isn't siloed.Essential RequirementsYour Skills and ExperienceHands-on product management in ad monetization platforms integrated with Prebid and Google Ad Manager ecosystems via either a managed service product, a self-service product, or an in-house platform for a publishing company.Deep expertise in desktop display advertising.Strong analytical skills with demonstrated success in data-driven revenue optimization of advertising products, including via an experimentation or A/B testing system.Expert knowledge of programmatic advertising concepts: header bidding, auction dynamics, bid flooring, traffic shaping.Experience with consent management technologies (GPP, TCF, CCPA) for US and European markets.Proven track record managing product lifecycles including triage, backlog ownership, and iterative feature refinement.Technical proficiency to understand and document complex business logic and data product interactions.Comfort working in fast-paced, lean environments with evolving prioritiesBusiness-level verbal and written English.Strongly DesiredExperience with video and rich media formats (takeovers/skins, high-impact units).Integration of audience profiling and identity technologies.SQL proficiency and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.Mobile app monetization expertise or desktop app monetization.Experience with ML/AI-driven features in advertising technology.One or more recognized product management certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP).
