We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution behind a bold mission: increasing gig-worker productivity by 30% across all of our gig-workers fleet in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Costa Rica.You’ll design and deploy AI-first fulfillment systems that optimize routing, batching, and capacity utilization—transforming how Zubale’s on-demand network operates. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and operations, and who can connect business growth, user satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes into a single coherent vision.If you’ve built and scaled logistics, delivery, or gig-economy products before—and want to lead one of the most ambitious optimization projects in LATAM—this is for you.Who you areA strategic systems thinker who understands both algorithms and human behavior.Obsessed with driving impact, retention, and profitability through product innovation.Strong analytical skills, with expertise in modeling and forecasting scenarios to enable fast, data-driven decisions. Someone who thrives on managing complex, multi-country projects simultaneously, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment and results.Gritty, relentless, and execution-oriented—you don’t wait for permission to make change happen.What you will doOwn the strategy to transform gig-worker productivity through AI-driven fulfillment optimization.Lead the design and rollout of algorithmic systems that cut idle time and boost income per hour.Partner with Operations and Data Science to turn operational complexity into scalable, data-driven models.Define metrics, ROI, and success frameworks across multiple markets.Drive adoption and operational change across 6+ countries.The skills and experience you will bringProven experience in last-mile logistics, gig-economy, or fulfillment operations. (Mandatory)5+ years in Product Management or Strategy with strong analytical and execution skills.Track record of building AI/ML or optimization-based products that drive measurable efficiency.Excellent cross-functional leadership—comfortable driving adoption across diverse teams.Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
