In this role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, and customer insights across key initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing teams to create compelling narratives, support launches, and optimize user journeys across the funnel. If you’re a strong individual contributor who thrives on driving clarity, insight, and adoption - this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market Execution & Product Positioning: Drive GTM planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and key initiatives. Own product messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across the funnel. Develop content that clearly communicates value, differentiators, and use cases. Collaborate with Product to translate roadmap into lead and customer-facing narrativesMarket & Customer Insights: Conduct and synthesize customer, competitor, and market research to inform strategy. Build detailed personas, journey maps, and segmentation frameworks. Translate insights into actionable product and marketing recommendationsEnablement & Revenue Support: Partner with Sales and CS to create collateral, pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling tools. Support training efforts with market insights, product updates, and messaging refreshes. Help identify growth opportunities through data, feedback, and funnel analysis.Content & Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams on campaigns that drive acquisition and retention. Contribute to thought leadership content, blog posts, or customer stories that support positioning.Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaSExperience launching and supporting products across SMB and mid-market segmentsProven track record in messaging, positioning, GTM strategy, and enablementStrategic thinker with strong analytical instincts and market curiosityExceptional communicator—able to distill technical concepts into compelling storiesAdept at managing multiple cross-functional projects with attention to detailStrong collaborator with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
