Senior Product Owner (B2B/CRM/Sales)

Welcome to a different kind of company: TIMWETECH!We are looking for talent to sustain our growth and maintain a clear focus on new fashion technologiesand, in this context, we are currently looking for a Senior Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst (B2B/CRM/Sales) to work in the city of Lisbon.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client workshops to gather and refine business requirements.Map existing CRM/BSS systems, data flows, and processes, highlighting gaps and integration challenges.Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirementsPropose changes to client processes, governance, and data structures to facilitate adoption.Act as the bridge between client business stakeholders and our internal technical/product teams.Support change management and adoption planning with client sales organizations.Travel to client sites for discovery, design, and pilot phases. Profile RequirementsLocation: Lisbon (must be based in Portugal).Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken);Background:5+ years consulting experience, ideally at Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, or similar.Experience on Data/ML/AI projects, with large amounts of data from multiple sources.Exposure to telecom operators or large enterprise B2B projects.Experience in digital transformation, CRM, data integration, and sales process redesign.Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics)Skills:Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously.Good communication and presentation skills.Nice to have: Familiarity with data platforms (SQL, ETL tools).
