This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep ecommerce expertise and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority. You will operate at the intersection of business operations and product development, ensuring our internal teams and clients maximize value from our proprietary platform and Shopify-based solutions. Key Responsibilities:Client Activation & Onboarding- Lead technical onboarding of new clients onto our proprietary platform and Shopify Plus environments- Act as product expert during onboarding, configuring tools and integrations hands-on- Enable client teams for long-term success through training and clear documentation- Ensure seamless handover to operational teamsTactical Product Enablement- Serve as the go-to product expert for Traders, Ecommerce Managers, Content, Finance, and Engineering teams- Support and empower 4-5 senior stakeholders and their wider teams- Identify and remove blockers, promoting tool efficiency and optimization- Champion productivity improvements and best practicesStrategic Product Development- Collaborate closely with engineering on strategic tooling enhancements- Define requirements and lead product initiatives from conception through rollout- Balance innovation with governance, maintaining quality within our SOC2 accredited framework- Use data and user feedback to inform product roadmap decisionsLeadership & Influence- Lead and mentor remote, cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to maintain alignment- Navigate competing priorities with diplomacy and sound judgment- Promote an agile “deploy when ready” culture while respecting governance and risk management Requirements:- 7+ years in ecommerce product ownership/management with leadership experience- Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, integrations, and third-party apps (Klaviyo, Algolia, Yotpo, etc.)- Experience working within agile frameworks and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO)- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Why Join Us?- Real opportunity for professional growth in a leadership capacity- Work in a dynamic, non-corporate, and innovative environment- Collaborate with high-profile international clients How to apply: interested candidates can drop their resumes directly at talent@fossphorus.com and CC:rjaved@fossphorus.com
