Senior Product Owner (Worldwide/remote)

You will not code, but you will own requirements, processes, partner logic, and help guide technical implementation.What You’ll DoDefine and evolve business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for voucher / cash-in / cash-out products Map and own end-to-end operational processes (from issuance to redemption to settlement) Work with partners (ATM networks, acquirers, issuers) to align product logic and workflows Discover, identify and mitigate edge cases, exception flows, fraud & risk rules Collaborate with engineering / developers / design / operations to ensure delivered features meet business intent Define and track key metrics (success rate, error rate, redemption rate, latency, fraud) Support reconciliation, dispute / refund logic, and post-launch fixes Serve as the internal product/business contact for questions, clarifications, and escalation What We’re Looking For4–8 years in product, business analysis, operations, or payments/fintech domain Strong understanding of financial flows, cash / voucher / prepaid product logic Ability to articulate complex processes in clear business language Comfortable with system integrations, APIs at conceptual level (not deep coding) Experience working with multiple stakeholders, bridging business & technical sides Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to spot gaps Fluent in English; preferably also Polish (for partner coordination) What We Offer100% remote work – work from anywhere or use our offices in Rzeszów, Kraków, Warsaw, Białystok, and Gdańsk.
