Senior Product Specialist

We are looking for a Product Senior Specialist with the following qualifications to work with our company established in Arnavutköy-Hadımköy.GENERAL QUALIFICATIONSGraduated from Engineering departments,Good command of English,At least 5 years of experience in product management,Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,Strong influencing and facilitation skills.Excellent relationship skills and the ability to work across functions, regions, and different nationalities and cultures.Ability to identify areas of continuous improvement and find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.Logical thinker with a practical outlook leading to pragmatic proposals and decision-making.Ability to make smart decisions in the face of ambiguity.JOB DESCRIPTIONTo closely follow the market and competitor companies for the sales targets of the product group for which he/she is responsible, and to create a marketing strategy plan accordingly.To periodically carry out product development activities & studies that will provide competitive advantage in the product group for which he / she is responsibleTo make SWOT analysis of product groups, to inform the sales team and manager about it.Periodically planning campaigns related to product groups, creating their records in CRM and ensuring their distribution.To make technical and commercial evaluation of customers' special requests related to the product. To determine the price as a result of the work done and to support the sales team in the negotiation process with the customer.To follow up the works / projects for which special prices are given, to determine the needs of customers that may arise in new projects.To organize product trainings for the sales team, dealers, direct customers or customers planned to be acquired in the product group for which he / she is responsible.To follow the technical literature and technological developments related to the product groups, to learn the innovations offered by the supplier and to realize the feasibility studies related to the plans for the future of the sector and to find new business areas.Responding to technical support requests (product selection, technical information, equivalent products, etc.) from customers and sales team.To carry out stock and pricing studies of new products in the product group for which he/she is responsible.To take an active role in domestic and international fairs.To make monthly, quarterly and annual sales and quantity reporting for the product / product group for which he / she is responsible.
