Senior Production Engineer (I&C)

Main Responsibilities-Ensure Compliance to Corporate and SD&HSE policies / procedures & local operative regulations during maintenance activities.Responsible for maintenance jobs at production facilities and wellheads related to Electrical, Instrumentation, security surveillance system and Control Systems through centralized maintenance management system (CMMS) for achieving smooth and uninterrupted operation with the focus to achieve 100% SCE and PCE PM Compliance.Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems including DCS, PLC and ESD systems of plants and wellheads.Manage and coordinate the execution of all in-house projects / MOC approved changes with respect to its installation, commissioning & performance testing related to Instrumentation and Control systems. Ensure and delegate the utilization of Maximo for work orders execution, data entry and reporting with the focus to achieve 100% Work orders completion/ close out with proper history and failure codes.Assist Engineering, Planning and Reliability teams on recurring failures, inventory management, cost optimization, budget planning & Execute weekly / Monthly / Annual maintenance plans, plant modifications, SIL / HAZOP and de-bottlenecking studies.Qualification-BSc/ BE in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering disciplineProfessional competencies-Sound understanding of instrumentation and control systems including PLC (HIMA, Allen Bradley) and DCS (Yokogawa, Honeywell)Sound Technical knowledge and supervision experience in relevant discipline in management of oil & gas production operations and projects.Good analytical and decision making skills.Good interpersonal and leadership skills.Conceptual thinking and autonomous problem-solving.Experience-8–10 years of relevant professional experience; relaxable by one (01) year in case of a relevant higher qualification.Employee StatusRegular- IndefiniteJob LevelIndividual ContributorEducation LevelBachelor's DegreeLocationPakistan-Banda Daud ShahBusiness Group-MOL Group
