Do you want to learn more?As Program Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year operational programme. You’ll bring together multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and ensure that milestones are delivered on time and within budget. Your focus will be on operational excellence, risk management, and building the right frameworks for collaboration to ensure the successful rollout of this strategic initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver the agreed programme plan, ensuring milestones are met across multiple workstreams within budget and schedule.Anticipate and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, with clear documentation, reporting, and mitigation strategies.Prioritise and coordinate work across operational teams to keep delivery aligned and on track.Lead regular programme reviews, steering groups, and stakeholder sessions to communicate progress, risks, and key decisions.Manage programme finances, including budget control, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.Ensure timely, accurate communication across all stakeholder groups – from project teams to sponsors and external partners.About You7–10 years of experience managing complex, multi-year programmes in a regulated operational environment.Proven track record of delivering results in large-scale, multi-stakeholder settings.Experience leading cross-functional teams with a focus on operational delivery.Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic problem-solver.Organised, structured, and able to balance detail with big-picture priorities.Confident decision-maker with strong influencing skills, capable of motivating teams and aligning stakeholders.Recognised project/programme management qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMP) is desirable but not essential.So, are you ready to join our team?It’s important to remember, emagine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop innovative solutions for our customers.Opportunity type: Contract (6 months initially), Hybrid, Cork or Dublin
