Senior Program Manager

Join some strategic programs at our client based in Brussels.What you will doLead complex, multi-year digital programs in close collaboration with strategic partners.Define program strategy, scope, and success metrics aligned with business and policy objectives.Coordinate multiple project streams (business, IT, compliance) and manage dependencies across teams.Oversee technical delivery of new modules, integrations, and data management solutions.Ensure effective governance through steering committees and PI planning cycles.Identify and manage program risks, timelines, and budgets (projects > €2M/year).Foster collaboration between business experts, IT architects, and implementation partners.Report program progress and results to senior leadership.What you bringMaster’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.Proven success in change management and stakeholder coordination at executive level.Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Azure DevOps.Strong understanding of business, application, and technical architecture.Track record in managing IT implementation partners and complex integrations.Excellent communication and leadership skills in Dutch or French, with good understanding of the other national language, and English.Interested?
