Senior Project Engineer

We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our reputed client in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Engineer to join our construction and fit-out division. This is a long-term leadership role with a fast-track path to Project Manager within 3–6 months based on KPI performance.Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle project planning and execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and communicationPrepare and update project schedules using Primavera (P6) and AutoCADEvaluate technical and commercial offers from subcontractors and suppliersUse AI-driven tools and digital systems for task tracking and issue escalationProvide detailed weekly and monthly reports on progress, productivity, and financialsApply sound engineering judgment to solve challenges proactively Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university10+ years of experience in construction and fit-out, with 3+ years in a Tier-1 contracting firmStrong command of AutoCAD, Primavera (P6), budgeting, and contract managementSkilled in value engineering, estimation, and cost controlExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with AI tools and digital systems for project tracking is a strong advantage
