Celebrating Long Service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication and many years’ services of our employees at 5-year service milestones Job ObjectivesSupport Contract Manager in implementation and completion of execution ensuring appropriate reporting and governance is in placeFocus on client interactions to uncover additional support opportunities, driving business growth.Serve as the central point of contact for expats and local national staff, managing their activities, addressing issues, and resolving concerns.Demands expertise and experience in the relevant technical or functional domain, along with an understanding of associated business challenges.ResponsibilitiesContract DeliveryCoordinate with the Client and the Wood functional team to ensure timely execution of resourcing contracts, ensuring positions are filled promptly to meet client requirements.Explore opportunities to drive business growth by ensuring efficient delivery and fostering strong relationships.Visit work locations and sites regularly and engage with Client / Staffs/ other stake holders.With Iraq Operations team ensure roll out of Wood HSE and other Wood initiatives to all staffs.Attend regular meetings with clients or internal teams, draft meeting minutes, maintain action registers, and oversee the implementation of identified actions.Generate and distribute the relevant project deliverables, trackers, forecastsRegularly provide progress updates and raise any flags as required to the Contract Manager.Ensure that the execution process fully complies with the master contract agreement as well as applicable Wood policies and procedures.Participate in audits conducted as scheduled.Support the management of the contract's P&L by constantly identifying opportunities for optimization.Facilitate support functions in obtaining necessary approvals and processing time sheets to ensure timely revenue assurance.Assist in the Competency Assessment and subsequent training requirements of staffs in deployed on contracts.Coordinate daily operational interactions with the Iraq operations management team.Working RelationshipsInternal: Leads a functional team, including relevant interfaces with Shared services teamExternal: Builds internal and external relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of delivery milestones, such as relationships with key suppliers, customers and internal/external service providers or contractors.Level Of Influence And Decision-Making AuthorityExercises independent judgement in selecting and interpreting information and modifying standard methods and procedures.Actions and decisions typically have a significant influence on the technical, operational and financial results of one or more small projects.Work is assigned in terms of specific objectives and reviewed for feasibility; non-standard matters are referred to more senior authorityQualificationsWhat makes you remarkable?
