Senior Project Manager - Aeron

We deliver HVAC-R systems to demanding projects worldwide and actively work on energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for the future offshore market.Your role as Senior Project ManagerAs a senior project manager, you will have full responsibility for executing complex projects from early planning to final installation. You will act as a strategic partner for both clients and internal teams and contribute to developing Aeron’s project methodology and delivery model. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and closely monitoring contracts, budgets, and quality.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute large HVAC-R projects in accordance with contract, budget, quality, and HSE requirementsDevelop project strategies and ensure optimal resource utilizationCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors in complex deliveriesIdentify and manage risks, changes, and deviations at an early stageEnsure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship buildingPrepare and follow up on detailed progress plans and reporting to managementContribute to continuous improvement of processes and project management within the organization.We Are Looking for Someone Who has:Relevant education in engineering, project management, or equivalentMinimum 8 years of experience managing technical delivery projects, preferably HVAC-R, within Oil & Gas or Offshore WindStrong contractual understanding and commercial awarenessProven experience in leading large project teams and complex deliveriesSolid knowledge of offshore standards, regulations, and best practicesExcellent communication skills in both Norwegian and EnglishAbility to work independently, structured, and solution-orientedWillingness to travel to project locations if requiredWe offer: A key role in an international company with strong technical expertiseExciting and varied projects in a dynamic and future-oriented environmentGreat development opportunities through internal and external training programsCompetitive compensation, share program, and attractive insurance schemesFlexibility with the possibility of working from homeFree access to a modern fitness center at our Forus office
