You will have the full responsibility of the following KPI’s: Safety performance; lead and lag indicators focused hazard identification and risk assessment and incident severity as well as proactive initiativesHuman Resources; Retention of staff, employee satisfaction through the GPTW initiative and internal promotionFinancial; P&L to budget, debtors and cashflowProject performance; projects on or better than budget, minimising the projects with reduction in marginSkills and Experience Required You are a natural leader who understands the ethos that people buy from people.
