You will be at the forefront of projects that span financial governance, business development, and cross-functional collaboration - ensuring that our transformation efforts deliver measurable value.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex, cross-functional projects with a strong focus on financial outcomes and strategic alignment Drive initiatives that improve transparency, reporting, and financial control across the organization Collaborate with Finance, Business Units, and senior leadership to ensure stakeholder engagement and successful delivery Facilitate change management and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Contribute to the development of governance frameworks and project standards that support scalable transformation Location: Stockholm, Malmö, or Copenhagen. The role involves Nordic collaboration, including occasional travel to other offices.About you | Strategic, structured, and outcome-driven We are looking for a project manager who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. You thrive in complex environments and know how to turn vision into results.To Be Successful In The Role, You Bring7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation projects, preferably in Finance Master of Science in Business, Finance, or a related field Strong understanding of financial governance, reporting structures, and business value creation Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizations Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English You are a clear communicator, a skilled facilitator, and have an analytical mindset.
