Senior Project Manager - Mechanical

Job Description

One of NH's top mechanical contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing resources and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage commercial mechanical construction projects from initiation to completionCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are metDevelop and manage project schedules and budgetsManage project financials and documentation processes such as RFIs, change orders and submittalsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in project management at a commercial mechanical contractor in NH preferredStrong knowledge of HVAC, piping and plumbing systemsProficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam or similarAbility to maintain project financials and documentation BenefitsBase salary $130,000-175,000/yearMedical, Dental, Vision401KPTO, sick time, paid holidaysVehicle package for work BonusRelocation assistance for qualified candidates Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
