Senior Project Manager - Realisation (M/F/D)*

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager living near our Mölndal office to join our Scandinavian Realisation team and provide professional project management services in support of the development and award delivery of automated solutions for existing and new customers.You will act as the contact between TGW Northern Europe, the client, and third parties and have the direct responsibility, authority, and accountability for ensuring that the work is undertaken in accordance with the client's and TGW’s specifications and processes.What you'll be handling:You are responsible for the effective implementation of the TGW resources on a day-to-day basis to ensure the scope of work is provided as specifiedYou assess the commercial and technical risk of the project and ensure that the project implementation objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner in respect to cost and schedule, in accordance with TGW’s project, quality, and safety proceduresYou facilitate the delivery of quality expectations and targetsYou act as the primary contact for TGW quality assurance matters as directly related to the project. Facilitate the maintenance of the registers and master files for the projectYou coordinate the delivery of the project management process and provide guidance to the project teamYou work with the Project Leadership team to establish the project structure, the project brief, and the detailed project scope, deliverables resources, and roles and responsibilitiesYou develop the project meetings schedule and the defining lines of communicationYou identify project risks and determine mitigation actions or contingency plansYou ensure project completion, acceptance, and handover criteria have been achieved as per TGW's contractual obligationsWhat you'll need:You have a degree, a qualification, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringYou have significant project management experience in the logistics industryYou have significant experience working on high-value projectsYou articulate with good customer-facing skills and the ability to manage effectively at all organisational levelsYou have excellent communication and leadership skillsYou have an excellent command of both Swedish and EnglishYou are familiar with and have significant experience with Prince 2, APM, or other project management methodologiesYou are based in the Mölndal area and are flexible to travel in Benelux and Europe for about 80% of your time, depending on the location of the project*TGW is an employer that promotes equal opportunities.
