Full-cycle project management: Fully responsible for the full-cycle project management of oil and gas technology services in the GCC region (such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, etc.), from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closure, ensuring the project is successfully completed within the scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.2. Customer and stakeholder management: As the primary contact person for the project, maintain efficient communication with the client (such as Saudi Aramco, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, etc.) and other partners, manage customer expectations, and maintain and deepen customer relationships.3. Team and resource management: Lead cross-functional project teams (including technology, operations, supply chain, etc.), allocate resources reasonably, coordinate internal and external relationships, and ensure efficient team collaboration.4. Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and assess various risks (technical, commercial, HSE, etc.) during project execution, formulate response strategies, and ensure that the project strictly complies with local laws and regulations as well as the high standards set by the client (especially in Saudi Arabia).5. Business and financial responsibilities: Responsible for budget control, cost management, and profit and loss analysis of the project, and assist in completing project changes, claims, and payment collection.6. HSE leadership: Bear primary responsibility for the health, safety, and environmental performance of the project, establish and promote the highest HSE standards and culture.Qualifications1. Education and Major: Master's degree or above in oil and gas field development, petroleum engineering, or related majors from well-known petroleum universities is preferred.2. Work experience: Possess at least 5 years of oil and gas technical experience, including at least 3 years of technical sales or technical marketing management experience in the international market.3. Professional skills: Proficient in Office software; have a deep understanding of numerical simulation software such as Eclipse/CMG.4. Language proficiency: English must be capable of being used as a proficient working language for high-level technical exchanges and business negotiations.5. Priority criteria: Candidates with experience in international market expansion for the Big Four oil service companies or internationally renowned oil and gas companies are preferred.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------🌍高级项目经理📍工作地点：阿布扎比岗位职责：1、项目全周期管理： 全面负责GCC地区（如沙特、阿联酋、科威特等）油气技术服务的项目全周期管理，从项目启动、计划、执行、监控到收尾，确保项目在范围、时间、成本和质量目标内顺利完成。2、客户与利益相关方管理： 作为项目的主要接口人，与甲方（如沙特、阿布扎比国家石油公司等）及其他合作伙伴保持高效沟通，管理客户期望，维护并深化客户关系。3、团队与资源管理： 领导跨职能项目团队（包括技术、作业、供应链等），合理分配资源，协调内外部关系，确保团队高效协作。4、风险与合规性管理： 识别、评估项目执行过程中的各类风险（技术、商务、HSE等），制定应对策略，确保项目严格遵守当地法律法规及甲方（特别是沙特）的高标准要求。5、商务与财务责任： 负责项目的预算控制、成本管理和盈亏分析，协助完成项目变更、索赔及回款工作。6、HSE领导力： 对项目的健康、安全与环境绩效负首要责任，树立并推行最高的HSE标准和文化。任职资格：1、学历专业： 国内外知名石油院校油气田开发、石油工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历优先。2、工作经验： 具备5年以上油气技术经验，其中至少3年以上面向国际市场的技术销售或技术营销管理经验。3、专业技能： 精通Office办公软件；深入掌握Eclipse/CMG等数值模拟软件。4、语言能力： 英语必须能作为熟练的工作语言，用于高层技术交流和商务谈判。5、优先条件： 拥有海外四大油服公司或国际知名油气公司国际市场拓展经验者优先。
