Senior Project Manager – Plant Construction (Food & Beverage)Location: Dallas, TX (relocation assistance provided)We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Project Manager to lead capital construction projects for new and existing facilities within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. This role will be based in Dallas and requires occasional travel to job sites across the U.S. (30–40%). The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of plant construction, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end management of plant construction and expansion projectsCoordinate across internal teams, contractors, engineers, and vendorsDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocationOversee procurement and installation of processing and packaging equipmentEnsure compliance with industry safety, quality, and environmental standardsConduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve issuesReport project status to leadership and escalate risks as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field7+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects; food & beverage industry a plusStrong knowledge of construction processes, equipment installation, and utility systemsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling softwareThis is a full-time opportunity offering competitive compensation and the chance to make a tangible impact in a growing, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
