Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and commercial real estate developments in the United Arab Emirates for an international developer expanding into the UAE market.Responsibilities: Manage stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and supply chain to deliver compliant projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsVerify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilizedDrive project management excellence through frameworks, processes, and best practicesProduction of formal project status reports and other reports on ad hoc basisMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously, including time and cost frameworks as well as compliance with defined processes and systemsManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communicationsForecast and update key project milestonesProvide technical support to owners; and ensure technical oversight over architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholdersRapid response to RFIs from the fieldProvide expertise for cost control, implement value engineering, and constructability guidance where required to optimize project cost, efficiency, and qualityIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractor,s and suppliersProvide strategic leadership for all project delivery and development initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or other similar fieldsMin. 10 years of relevant real estate construction experience is requiredExperience in managing large-scale projects and programsStrong organizational and management skillsEffective presentation skillsProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and construction project management toolsStrong communication skillsCandidate must already be located in the United Arab Emirates.
