Senior Project Manager (Bank)

Job Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end change and transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.Drive innovation and continuous improvement by applying industry best practices and new ways of working.Manage senior stakeholders and project governance, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Conduct business analysis and design future-state models, processes, and systems.Oversee project execution using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, resolving issues and ensuring benefit realization.Lead cross-functional teams, maintain team performance, and ensure delivery at pace.Job Requirements:8+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or project delivery in complex environments.Strong background in banking or similar industries, with knowledge of operations and system transformation.Proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and navigate large organizations.Proficiency in project management, business analysis, financial modeling.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and formal change frameworks.
