At CAA Portas, you’ll collaborate closely with senior clients and lead multiple high-impact projects offering a unique level of ownership and visibility that allows you to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit.Responsibilities:Manage single or multiple project teams to deliver exceptional impactLead team problem-solvingLead client interactions and manage client relationshipsProduce high quality strategy presentations and deliverablesCoach and develop team members to become excellent consultantsHelp drive Portas business development on a global basisBuild the firm’s knowledge base.Requirements:Previous experience as a manager at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed sports organisationProven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positionsExceptional problem-solving skillsDemonstrated leadership abilityExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsGenuine interest and passion in sportSolid sports industry knowledge is desirablePrepared to work on a global basisCompensation And Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
