Project Manager – Digital Technology / Software DevelopmentLocation: London (Onsite 2 days/week, plus as required)Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Digital Technology business unit. This role will primarily focus on software development and digital projects in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams, product leads, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex digital programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage digital and software development projects, applying both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies as appropriate.Define, monitor, and control project scope, budget, timelines, and delivery outcomes.Act as the key liaison between technical development teams and business leadership.Support the adaptation and rollout of an existing digital health platform to new environments.Ensure effective communication across stakeholders and maintain alignment on objectives.Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively.Support post-launch improvements and integration with other systems.Project ContextThe current focus is to adapt and extend the system for new system applications This is a product expansion and integration role.The culture is collaborative, agile, and innovation-driven, with strong engagement from senior business leaders.Required Experience10+ years of project or program management experience within digital or software development.Proven success managing projects using both traditional and Agile methodologies.Strong track record delivering digital transformation or product development initiatives.Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.Exposure to digital health or device manufacturing environments is highly desirable but not mandatory.Familiarity with web applications, digital design, and cloud technologies (AWS) is advantageous.Preferred CertificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or APMAgile: Agile Practitioner, SAFe Agile, or Scrum MasterKey AttributesTenacious and resilient — able to navigate ambiguity and drive results in evolving environments.Strong communicator — skilled in stakeholder management and executive engagement.Adaptable and flexible — comfortable working through pilot phases and changing requirements.Analytical and solution-oriented — proactive in resolving challenges and maintaining delivery momentum.Ideal Technical ExposureDigital Health or Device solutionsFront-end / Digital Design and Web ApplicationsAWS / Cloud-based technology environmentsIf you’re a hands-on, experienced Project Manager who thrives in dynamic digital settings and enjoys leading impactful technology initiatives, we’d love to hear from you.
